Wilman Lovegrass (Eragrostis Superba)

A warm season perennial bunchgrass introduced from South Africa. Provides good grazing for livestock. Grows 2-4 foot tall, vigorous, very leafy with outstanding seedling vigor and good seed production. Better stand establishment obtained in range seeding than with other lovegrasses. Adaptation: Adapted to a wide variety of soil types and thrives in deep sands. Adapted throughout the American Southwest, and Mexico. Fair cold and drought tolerance. Uses: Used for range reseeding, grazing, hay and wildlife plantings.
